Just as a hotel would, we provide the accommodation, hospitality and full operational support. The difference is that your hotel is a flotilla of sail boats moving through the Greek islands.
your retreat step by step
You decide what kind of retreat you want to lead. We help you choose the dates and format, plan what’s included and set the price. Then we together build the week around your teaching.
CHOOSE YOUR WEEK
Retreats run for 6 nights, Saturday to Friday. In 2027 we sail through May and June, and from the last week of September to early November. We’ll talk you through the available weeks and help you choose the timing that suits your community.
PRIVATE OR SHARED FLOTILLA
Choose a private flotilla for groups of 22 or more, much like a hotel buyout, or a shared flotilla for groups of 16 or more, where you sail alongside another retreat at a lower price per guest. In both formats, your retreat keeps its own schedule, teaching rhythm and identity.
YOUR RETREAT, YOUR RHYTHM
You decide how your week flows: how many practices you offer and when, where workshops fit, how much free time your guests have and which experiences suit your community. We plan each day around your curriculum.
WHAT WE TAKE CARE OF
We manage the operational side of the retreat. That covers the sail boats, skippers and hosts, the route, meals and transfers, your activities and practice setup, and the daily logistics in between. You stay focused on your teaching and your guests.
PACKAGES & INCLUSIONS
Choose the hospitality package that best fits your retreat — B&B, Half Board or Full Board — then add the elements you want, from transfers and island activities to wellness experiences, special dinners and additional services.
PRACTICE
SPACES
Each day brings a new place to practise. Depending on the route and the conditions, that might be a quiet cove, a beach, a pier at sunset or a setting near an ancient site. We find the right spot for each session and have it ready for you.
NET PRICING & MARGIN
Once your retreat is shaped, we give you a clear net price per guest. You add your teaching fee and margin and set the final price for your community.
BRING YOUR
TRIBE
Invite your community and lead the retreat your own way. To help you fill it, we give you a retreat leader media kit with photos, video, articles and social media content. Once you set sail, we run the floating venue while you focus on your guests.
