What is Go With The Flow?

Go With The Flow is a sailing retreat venue in the Greek islands for yoga teachers, studios and wellness leaders. You bring your group and your teaching. We provide crewed sailing yachts, the route and all the logistics for a 7-night retreat.

Who is a sailing retreat for?

It suits yoga teachers, studio owners, breathwork and meditation teachers, and other wellness leaders who already have a community to bring. No sailing experience is needed for you or your guests.

How many guests do I need?

A shared flotilla requires a minimum of 16 paid guests per leader. A private flotilla, with the boats only for your group, starts from 22 paid guests.

What is the difference between a private and a shared flotilla?

On a private flotilla, every boat belongs to your retreat, and you shape the whole week. In a shared flotilla, groups led by other teachers sail alongside your group, allowing you to run a retreat with a smaller number of participants.

Where does the yoga take place?

Yoga takes place on land, in a new setting each day: a quiet beach, a pier, a terrace or a hillside above the bay where the boats have anchored. Meditation, breathwork and workshops can take place on board between islands.

Do my guests need sailing experience?

No. A professional skipper sails every boat.

Who is on the crew?

Every boat has a skipper and a host. A flotilla director coordinates the boats and the daily plan, and an activities manager may join to organise experiences ashore.

Which islands do the retreats visit?

Routes run through the Saronic Gulf and the Cyclades, with islands such as Aegina, Poros, Hydra, Kea, Kythnos, Serifos and Sifnos. A week usually covers three or four islands, and the skippers adjust the route to the wind and sea conditions.

How long is a retreat, and when can I host one?

Each retreat runs for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. The 2027 season runs from May to the end of June and from mid-September to mid-November, when the islands are quieter and the weather is warm.

How does pricing work?

We give you a net price per guest. You set your selling price, so you decide your margin. The price depends on the boat type, the board option and any extra experiences you add.

Can I choose the style of retreat?

Yes. You can keep the week simple, with monohulls and a B&B or half-board option, or make it more premium with catamarans, full board, and added experiences ashore.

Do you help me promote the retreat?

Yes. You receive a media kit with photos, video, articles and social media content that you can use on your website, in emails and on social media.

How long has Go With The Flow been running?

We have hosted sailing retreats in Greece since 2016: more than 100 retreats and over 1,000 guests.
