Go With The Flow is a floating retreat venue in Greece for yoga teachers, retreat leaders and studios who want to host their own retreat. Your group sails together as a flotilla of sail boats for six nights, visiting three or four islands, while we take care of the venue, crew and logistics.

Our parent company, Get Lost, has hosted sailing retreats for ten years, with more than 100 retreats and over 1,000 guests. This guide explains how it works from your side as the retreat leader.

What is a floating retreat venue?

Think of it as a retreat resort that moves with the sea. Instead of one hotel in one place, your group lives aboard a flotilla of sail boats and travels between islands during the week.

Yoga takes place on land, in a different setting each day. Depending on the route, that could be a quiet cove, a pier at sunset or an open space near an old village. On board, there is room for meditation and workshops while you sail.

The wind helps shape the route, so the exact islands are decided during the week. You'll usually visit three or four of them.

What do you bring, and what do we take care of?

You bring your teaching, your programme and your community. You decide what the week is about, how many sessions you teach and how much free time your guests have.

We provide the venue and everything around it:

  • The sail boats, each with a captain

  • A host who looks after the group

  • Breakfast every day

  • Route planning and daily sailing decisions

  • Practical support before and during the retreat

You can add options such as lunches, dinners, island activities and an activities director. We shape these around your programme, so the retreat stays yours.

How long is a sailing yoga retreat?

Each retreat runs for six nights, from Saturday to Friday. The 2027 season runs through May and June, and again from the last week of September to early November.

Many leaders add nights in Athens before or after the sailing week. You can also extend the trip to other destinations through Get Lost, our mother company.

How does pricing work for retreat leaders?

We work with you as a partner. You receive a net price from us and set your own price for your guests, so you decide your margin.

We don't publish prices or booking terms on our website. We share them once we know what you have in mind, because the price depends on your group size, format and the options you choose.

How many guests do you need?

There are two formats. On a shared flotilla, you bring at least 16 paid guests and sail alongside another retreat leader who also brings at least 16. For an exclusive flotilla, you bring at least 22 paid guests, and the whole flotilla is yours.

How do we help you fill your retreat?

Every retreat leader receives a media kit with photos, articles, video and social media material. You can use it on your website, in your newsletter and on Instagram to show your community what the week will look like.
